Once again, we prove that fences do not have to be boring! The client wanted to fend off a busy access road and ensure privacy in the living room and the terrace we built at the back of the house. The front, representative part of the fence had been expected to be completely different - it was supposed to be light and reveal the view of the street.

Highlight of the house
The front part of the fence is made of Arete Horizon aluminum spans in two widths and simple plastered walls. Due to the shape of the plot, after opening the sliding car gate overlaps the wicket, so we used an additional electronic protection. Foundations and plastered pillars were covered with roofs made of architectural concrete. The roofs were also used in a retaining wall on the property. In the front, representative part of the fence, we decided on full foundations.
Detailed projects
To make sure that our vision coincides with customer expectations, we have created 3D visualization showing the investor at the initial stage how the finished fence looks like against the background of the house. A 2D project was also created, including, among others, the dimensions of the fence, the location of the foundations and the plan of electrical installation. It significantly accelerated the work of our assemblers and allowed to eliminate all errors before arriving at the construction site.
100% privacy
The side fragments of the fence adjoin the busy road, so they were made of wide, adjacent aluminum Horizon Massive profiles. The compact design ensures maximum privacy at the back of the house. Horizontal aluminum profiles were used to connect Horizon aluminum posts, which successfully replacing traditional walls. Due to the size of the plot and limited budget, we focused on the point foundation, which became the base for posts and foundations made of architectural concrete.

The client decided on a modern letterbox. Its panel contains a numeric keypad, video intercom and a laser cut house number.Sliding car gate
Due to the modern nature of the fence, we decided on a sliding gate. Additional electronic protection prevents the car gate from being operated when there is an open wicket wing in its way.Gate

Longitudinal light sources automatically turn on after dark, highlighting fencing panels, wicket and car gate.Visors

An ideal place to relax after a busy day. In the plane of the terrace, a place designated for planting ornamental plants was created.Practical solutions
The unique solution is the side illumination of the fencing panels in the front part of the fence. Longitudinal light sources switch on automatically after dark. The wicket was equipped with a minimalist stainless steel handrail, and in its vicinity a modern Post Box letterbox with a laser cut house number, numeric keypad and video intercom were placed. The fence provides space for litter bins and a utility room that has been roofed with an aluminum structure. A functional terrace at the back of the house was also created.
